    dehydration will actually slow down the metabolism and leave you having a harder time losing body fat. waterloss was popularized by wrestlers trying to shed water and get into a lower weight class where they'd be more dominant, many coaches won't even have their wrestlers do that though because it leaves them so incredibly fatigued that much lighter, healthier wrestlers can easily beat them.

        My advise, buy a mp3 player. If you are talking It takes alot away from your workout and stretches it out. I used to hang out/workout. I couldnt believe the difference When I quit shooting the sh**. With my mp3 I just ignore people and act like I didnt here them. when they talk to me. I get in and out in about an hour now.

            First you should build mass and then do 6 or 7 weeks of cutting up. Remember you cant shape fat tissue. I always do mass and then cutt up. www.sfd.pl check out the odzwyianie section.
