juice no offense but your not gonna grow huge legs squatting 315,- unless your legs grow easy which they don't. concentrate on adding a couple hundred pounds to your squat and start adding fronts, bomb the shit out of your hams they do make up half your leg- look at your routine your doing minimal quad work-and virtualy no ham work -3 sets of leg curls don't count for shit-basically 6sets of quad work and 3 sets of ham work- none of it really heavy-its a begginers routine-the deadlift is one of the best overall exercises for mass but moreso in the ham lowerback and upperback dept-i have never known anybody to build big quads from deads- squats followed by fronts then leg ext and gms or stiffs and then leg curls would be alot better- remember leg training has to be brutal to make gains esp for your genetic desposition- good luck
calves and forearms are the most genetically predetermined muscles in your body brother..u can get them bigger, but they plateau pretty easily cuz of genetics
definately up the weight on squats and get someone to spot you.. i have very strong legs and i developed them from going very heavy in the squats.. the training partner i believe is very important here because if you go wrong on a heavy set you can really hurt yourself. Its great to have someone keep you from moving... try going for 2-4 on your last set then dropsetting a plate and so on
