Favorite or best? There is a difference. My favorite thing to workout right now is back. That way I can feel my lats growing. :) My best workout is usually my legs. They are very strong and if I push hard enough I can usually do pretty heavy squats...My least favorite thing to workout is legs because Legs day is so draining. My worst workout is by far my arms. They are weak and small. :(
I would have to say my favorite to workout would have to be my chest cause I think that I get the fastest results there. My least favorite would have to be my legs cause I have knee problems and it is constant pain.
