You spent 2 grand on something that you are not sure if it works or not?

No one is really trying to blast you about it, but man you could have got alot better equipment for way less money. I would really look into something like that alot more before purchasing one. As for an answer to if they are any good, I've tried one at sportsmart before to humor myself and was not impressed at all.

I've hread pros and cons about these bowflexes, if it does suck i'll just send it back and by somthing else. It's hard for me to go around and put a home gym together, my job keeps me really busy. But the job I have gives me the freedom to drop crazy amounts of money on stuff I really don't need.

Take it back. Get a bench with olympic bar. A couple small bars for dumbell use (or you can buy individual dumbells), a straight bar, some different weight plates and you have way better than bowflex. You can also add to it at any time.

Don't listen to them BH!!! Even though you paid too much, IMO, I love my Bowflex!!! Got mine for 600 from a college kid who didn't want to move it with him!!! Just be prepared to workout more than what the commercials say you have to!!!

I have never Used it and have heard mixed review about it, I am sure it all depends on what you are looking for is what you are going to get out of it, but if you ever want to get rid of some of that money you said you can throw around, I will be happy to take it off your hands.

On top of everything, one thing you should think about is that your progress is limited to the max capabilities of the machine. Kind of like those women only gyms. They can only get so far with having minimal options.
