Okay, heres the deal. Are you gonna eat right? If you are...then we can talk. First Eat! Second do 2-3 excersizes per body part. Third, keep reps low, like I said 6-8, ofcourse you want your warm-up sets. Be sure to control the weight. Most of this you probably know, but don't just throw up a weight and have crappy form. Also control the weight on the downward motion. Work hard.
