  • ? on cardio JOG/WALK/OR TREADMILL

What is best for losing a bit of fat or a little layer that prevents my abs from showing on the gut area. I eat alright and all, its not like im eating fats all the time ( i dont). I got a very fast metabolism and was considering on hitting the cardio from now on cause im tired of not being able to get rid of the layer i got. I was always skinny and i think from all bulking cycles ive done i got that layer. I was doing 30 minutes of cardio every MOn-WED-FRI to start off.

Is jogging good? I heard u can lose some serious size due to this.

    Doing Sprints?
    Doing stairs at the stadium?
    or walking on the treadmill?

My sister jogs alot and tells me to join her but from what ive heard im afraid cause i dont wanna lose some size.

I would say you want to run in the morning. Just be sure your muscle has something else to eat away at, not just the muscle and you should do fine.

low intensity cardio will burn fat as energy before carbs. There is a great article about it in this months muscular devlopment. Dieting along with the low intensity cradio should help to burn that fat without losing much muscle, make sure you are getting your good fats or your body will be reluctant to let go of the bad ones.

I have heard of flax seed oil... what are other sources of "good" fat?
