I understand how testoterone steroids work. I understand how they bind to AR's and activate them causeing the muscles to produce more protein. What i dont understand is the simple part.. How does working out and weight lifting actually tear up the muscle? i know its a stupid question bu i always like to know exactly whats goin on..considering my ass looks like a pin cushion
