  • tips for strength training?

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone give me some tips for strength training? Like, what's a good split? What exercises should I build my routine around? And how many sets/reps should I do? I'm not as concerned with size, I just want to get stronger.

    One more thing. What do you guys do to strengthen your turso?

    ummm that question could take hours to answer. Go to this site www.exercisecertification.com and read some of the articles in the Articles section. and what do you mean by torso-usually that refers to your erector spinae and abdominal muscles, is that what you are talking about?

      I think he probably means core, abs, back and chest.
