  • new job and new goals

I really wanna loose bodyfat and I hold most my wieght in my stomach area. I have started a new job that does not alow me to train the way I want. Can any one give me a routine that I can use going 3 days a week and maybe some home exercises I can do at night. I wanna drop some wieght and then work on bulking up again next winter.

You can do cardio on the days you can't get to the gym. Walk/Run a few miles every night after work.

I plan on doing cardio 3-4 times a week at night or in the morning, I need to get a workout I can hit all my bodyparts in 3 days. I'm gonna run hgh starting aug 1st and for the first 8-10 weeks some var and low dosege test

        Day 1: Chest and Shoulders
        Day 2: Back and Abs
        Day 3: Arms

This is my split routine. I have a 4th day for legs and the 5th day is off, but since you want a 3 day split, here it is.

I usually get through my workout in less than an hour, so you can add a 1/2 hr cardio session to each of these and still not spend more than 90 min. in the gym, which for me is about as long as I can take.

          How about:

          Day 1: Chest and Shoulders
          Day 2: Back and Quads/Hams
          Day 3: Bi's, Tri's and Calves

          Home: Abs and Cardio

Alternate which bodypart you start with each week so you'll hit it strong at the beginning of each workout every other week. Do 3 exercises per bodypart and 3 sets per exercise. You can change exercises every 2 months so you don't get bored and so you hit your muscles a little differently every few months. Save the cardio and abs for your other days at home.

When I was on a 3 day split because of school, I went

            Chest, Front Lats, Biceps
            Legs
            Back, Back Lats, Triceps

For some reason I went away from that workout eventhough I was growing like mad from it hmmmmmm.
