    Everyone has to report in with a t least one personal best this month from thier training. Even better if your bringing up a weak area for you.

    I will accept numbers of set, numbers of reps, weight amounts, cardio times.

    No powerlifting one rep max crap, i wont be responsible for your torn muscles :)

    For you powerlifters make it at least two,and i hate all you strong fuckers :D (jealous)

      Yesterday, I did chest, I did a full flat bench workout, consisting of
      185 7x
      205 5x
      225 5x
      255 2x Personal best.
      2 1/5 months ago was only able to get 195 up twice.

        excellent, try this

        warm up with 135 for 10 or 12
        then go immeadiately to 225 and see how many you can push, you will impress your self, make sure your form is sound and your stnace is good and wide.

              currently can do 315 3 sets of like 12/10/8

              never tried any heavier, will see where I can max out at

                my personal best is going to be to try to lose about 10 pounds by the end of the month. I know this isn't lifting but I rarely diet and I have a hard time not eating. LOL I am about 207 now.

                  last weeks chest workout was a personal best setter with my new workout

                  105lb dumbbells on incline bench, 3 sets, 8 reps per set

                  Never would have thought...

                      I just trained chest for the first time in a year this week. I went pretty light and am barely sore 2 days later so next week I'll hit it harder. I stopped training chest after under the muscle implants gave me problems but now they're finally ok. It dawned on me recently that the reason some of my other upper body exercises aren't what they should be is probably from a weak chest. I need to dig out my old training logs to see what I was doing back then.

                      Nice thread, Pudgy!

                      I'll get back to ya with a personal best when I do legs this week. :)

                        290 on flat press 5 times. on set 4 started with 245 and went up in weight down in reps. Going to check bf % tomarrow hopefully it will be sub 10 which will be a best.

                            Maxed my squat couple days ago at 385 x 6 (juice-free still). 900 on leg press (not a PB - 990 is PB which I haven't seen in over a year). C'mon cycle!

                              Leg day today...new pb's on both of these...

                              Donkey Press:

                              630 x 12 reps for 3 sets
                              630 x 10 reps


                              Today's squats (first time squatting in a few weeks):

                              135 x 12 reps
                              155 x 12 reps
                              165 x 10 reps
                              165 x 9 reps

                              If I had a spotter I'd have pushed for more reps on the last 2 sets but I trained alone today.
