  • Good Shock Workout for Shoulders?

I am always reading articles about shock workouts for your arms and chest, to shock them back into growth. But I have never read or even seen one for shoulders. I was wondering if anyone knew of one that had been tested. I suffered a shoulder injury a couple years ago, and my shoulders have been lacking ever since. I intend to do this workout maybe once a week for 2 weeks, or just one time this next week then go back to my old workout. I just want to get some growth going back in there because I don't think my current workout is buliding them up the rate the rest of my body is going.

not sure about a whole workout but try these. do side laterals one arm at a time. bring the weight all the way to parallel and no higher, hold it for a few seconds in that position. then instead of lowering it all the way down just lower it 2/3 of the way and then go back up. so you are doing partial reps, you will have to lower the weight a bit but it will burn your shoulder like no other exercise.

try doing some drop-sets. I love doing 3 sets of of arnold presses then my last set i do a drop set with a lighter weight. Also when i do side laterals I do 2 sets but each set has 3 drop set in it, my shoulders feel great

Pre-exaust them before you do military press( arnolds would be even better) with side lateral raises(db) Do somting like this but just for a week or two.

        side lateral raises(db)- 2 sets x 8-12 reps
        arnold presses- 4 x 8-10
after these two do one more excercise then a rear delt movement at the end do 2 moe sets of side lateral raises on a cable machine.

Create a super set workout would be another good one.
