  • Pec exercises

    Hey I need some exercises for my pecs. I dont have a bench or dumbbells so dont say anything about them. I do have a weight machine so what are exercises on that that target your pecs.

    Can you define exactly what you mean by "weights machine"? If you mean a bench press machine then I guess all you can do is incline, flat and decline bench presses.

      i would say that when you're watching your markus ruhl videos, just stand in front of the mirror and flex really hard in similar poses :)

        OK, I'll bite.... a "weight machine"...oh.....I just can't...lol
        Try doing some dips and weighted (oops, no weights) dips.

        OK, fill a couple of one gallon milk jugs with water, sand, pee....whatever. Then, clean off your coffee table and lie down on it. Next, grab the "milk" jugs in each hand and do some sets of flies. Squeeeze hard at the top of the movement but be careful not to squeeze the contents out on you in the process, especially if you used pee...take care. ;)

          Pay 30 dollars and you can go to a gym for a month. You need equipment if you are going to workout correctly. Dont half ass.

              I've been thinking about it some...You could do strip down sets. When the jugs feel too heavy and you can't lift them anymore, drink some of it to make them lighter and then keep going. You can get total muscle burnout this way. Again, don't drink it if you used the aforementioned pee as a filler :doh: Good luck!
