Cardio on legs day?

  • Cardio on legs day?

    I like to finish my legs lifting routine first, knock down my protein shake and then get on the stairclimber for 30 min.

    I was wondering if doing cardio on legs day would interfere with legs growth. Comments/advice welcome!

    it might but not a great extent. remember whether low intensity aerobics or high intensity lifting your body reacts to the stressor the same way. so the need for rest is greater with minute more in the gym.

        Yeah I often will skip the cardio on leg day, I feel it wears me out if I do it before...and I'd rather not do it afterwards

          Yeah, I never do it before mostly because I think I am at a greater risk of injury because the cardio would have fatigued my joints and ligaments a bit.

            for me its bad, cause i see no leg grow if i do cardio while doing legs the same day. I rather do it the other day or before.
