  • Bball FOR CARDIO

I recently started playing ball again after a long time. Kinda rusted and all but still got my game. I wanted to kknow if its a good kind of cardio, as to not losing gains and all. The most I will play is for an hour or so. Whatcha think.

you are thinking too much bro. Just enjoy life, play some ball and have fun. so what if it burns off 3 ounces of muscle. I honestly enjoy being with friends and family more than being the biggest I could be. I don't think that much Bball will make you shrink.

I have to totally agree. Being as commited as a Pro Body Builder is not for everyone. I could not enjoy my life being that way. But an answer you may be looking for would be it would be comparable to interval training. Great for burning fat. Your more doing sprints the whole time than running.

Thats the thing with me brother. I was always a skinny bastard at 5'11'' 135 pounds. It took me years to be at where I am at 220. I get traumatized even when I lose five pounds at times, Im like dammit, I worked so hard to get here and lost some pounds. Maybe its just me, my mind and all but your right bro, just my mind.:D

I gotta admit that Ive been dedicated to my body 110% ever since I started growing big. Once I hit 230 last year I was amazed at what I had done. Its an awesome feeling cause years back I always thought I was gonna remain skinny and all. Theres not a single day that I miss a meal and all. ALways constantly eating and all. Been recently spending 100bucks a month in supplements and $100 in food every 2 weeks. Im about a year from now Im gonna compete in the local show and see what I got. Its a dream that Ive always wanted and all, hope one day it comes true. I worry too much about my bod. Cause I come from a skinny family, not good genetics. Basically me and my 2 sisters are the ones in shape and constantly exercising. But I just gotta enjoy life and not worry, thanks brother

            Before pic here:D :drunk:

Hoops are cool. You need variety anyway. Many guys underestimate the importance of cardiovascular fitness. I like to include running and swimming into my training. I do it three times a week for about 30 to 40 minutes. I have a hard time staying at my top weight, but I find that I am in overall better condition.
