  • Weakness on Front Shoulder

Today I recently noticed that I need more work on my front shoulder. The middle head and back heads are thick as hell but the front one needs alot of work. I look big, but not as big because of the front shoulder region area. Im currently doing this for shoulders.

Back presses: 3 sets of 6-12 reps
side laterals: 3 sets of 6-12 reps
front military: 3 sets of 6-12 reps
bent-over lateral rasies: 3 sets of 6-12 reps

I got good results of off this but no front results, so my question is should i do more exercieses for the front part. For instance this:

front raises: 4 sets of 6-12 reps
front military presses: 4 sets of 6-12 reps (adding 1 drop set)
    side laterals: 3 sets
    dumbell presses: 3 sets
    rear delt presses: 3 sets

(if so, since its sorta my weak spot and the front part is lagging could I do it 2 times per week and see what results I can get or bad move).

I don't know how long you've been doing the first workout you posted, but there's nothing wrong with switching things up. I always feel and see progress when I've been doing a workout for awhile and then change things up a bit. Hit the front delts a little harder, give them time to recuperate between workouts and IMO you'll see progress.

IMO go HIT in military presses - using a smith machine. Go heavy and have a spotter. You must go to failure in order to get the delts to grow. Also, a 35degree incline bench press on the smith helps - then switch to dummies to failure.

cause i do have overall thickness in the middle and rear heads, but the front is lagging big time. Fuck it, im gonna take it a bit further going to failure see how it turns out.
