I've yet to do the 5 sets 20 reps squats. Although i've did 3 sets of 20 reps and it killed me. lol But my normal leg routine is 9 sets of squats sometimes 10. I do 4 sets wide squats with feet pointed out and feet alittle wider than shoulder widtch so that it hits the outer sweep of the thigh, hams, glutes. Then i'll do 4 sets of squats with the feet alittle shorter than shoulder width and pointed straight in front. Then i'm off hack squats on the smith machine for 3 sets. Then to leg exts, and leg curl. I never do the leg press, i don't really like the leg press.
