any chest exercise should help out with overall size if the Range of motion of the machine are correct. most machines nowadays are not built to give maximum effort in the contracted postion. and free weights do not give any force in the contracted position (little if any).

Make sure you really focus on contracting the muscle at the mid-point of each rep. Dumbell flys and cable crossovers are great for the inner chest.

So does it mean that we can't get our chest higher? I'm afraid of getting them lower by emphasizing on chest workout ? Also is pushups an efficient work out, sufficient alone? One more question how can we avoid those veins to be seen under skin?
Thank you. ( I'm new on this thing ok? ;) )

first veins only appear with low bodyfat so if you don't want to see them carry more bodyfat. Pushups alone will not be sufficient (unless you can have someone load plates on your back which could be uncomfortable). The purpose of weight lifting is progressive load. which means that you try to lift more weight in a given rep range or time range. if you just do pushups within 5-6 workouts you will be doing almost an aerobic workout instead of anaerobic.

I'm afraid of my chest standing lower than it does now, with fitness. Do push ups get the chest lower ? Is there a way to get them higher? or any recommendations? As I'm not so tall I don't think that so big proportions of chest area in my body will look good especially by height.
