  • Between shoulder blades?

What are some good things to do to fill in the center of the back inbetween my shoulder blades. I have started doing some T-bar rows, but don't care for the setup of doing it with a barbell all that much. I will continue to do it, I'm just curious of some other things to throw in there.

    Thanks.

    Currently...

    pull downs 4 x 8-10
wide grip pull ups 3 x 8 (varies)
    seated cable rows 4 x 8
    bent over rows 4 x 8 (machine)
    dead lifts 4 x 8
straight arm lat pulldowns 4 x 8 ...not too sure if thats what it's called, but I stand facing the cable pull down and with a straigh arm I pull down with my hand starting at face height back until it is behind my body....

On occassion I do T-bar rows...

I was reading, and I think wide grip cable rows could help out some. I have a high peak on my traps, but not much in the middle or actually back area. anyone have any comments?

      Thanks...

Wide grip is usually better for developing back width. I like to use neutral grip pulldowns and neutral grip cable rows to hit the middle of the back. I even think bent over dumbbell laterals help too.
