  • dogcrapp training

    hi!

been thinking about changing my routine for 6 weeks. Have thought of dogcrapp´s method including extreme stretching. HAs anybody of you guys tried this before? How were the results? WIll it be a good routine to support gymnastics as well (don't want to bulk too much, need more realtive strength and strength as a whole but a few solid pound won't be too bad).

    Thanks for the replies! greetz

lmfao! Thanks for the input. Does anybody know if this program also works without the extreme eating as well? If it's good for increasing my strength more than my weight it would be good for gymnastics I guess.

            Look there mate: http://www.musclemayhem.com/forum/cg...T;f=10;t=14528

Sounds like a killer routine, which is proven to have awsome results. However, after some input from other forums I' won't do it as it might be too heavy for me and training gymnastics with it.

DC training is not for everyone. The eating is rough. I made some gains using his system. I really liked the extreme stretching, but it does burn like hell though.
