  • To cut or not to cut?

    this is the question...at the end of may I did a cutting cycle for 3 weeks and lost 5 pounds, I have a very defined 4-pack but I want the full six. I've been bulking for 4-5 weeks now and while the scale tells no different, i'm looking, feeling alot bigger while getting a little stronger. My body looks at it's best since I finally cut off some fat. My problem is, since it's the summer, I feel i wanna cut again for another 2-3 weeks to hopefully make my 4 even more define and lose alittle on my love handles(which isn't much anyway) and get some view of my bottom abs. The thing i worry about is that i may get 2 small in those 2-3 weeks...help me figure this out

    Dude,Why cut for 2-3 weeks and then bulk back up?

    Just eat clean for 10 weeks and do cardio,train hard and you should look great if you have visible abs already!

    You are wasting time by going back and forth with your diet every few weeks.
