Outer Chest help!

  • Outer Chest help!

    I need some advice on building the outer part of my chest. Everthing looks good but the bottom / outer part of my chest . I do chest flys and machine flys also along with wide grip bench press.

        i do this and i feel it all over. i do all machine not free weights. Mainly because i see results in machines right now. I think i will switch up maybe next month but idk. I do chest press. Incline press flys and cross cables. Then thats on a friday... on sunday which is my second off day i do 36 pushups... lol all i can do for now. i started at 15 and i 2more each week. It really helps develop the outer mostly and then i feel it somewhat in the other areas as well. Dont forget pushups they are easy and can be done at home. They are a nice addition. Dips in the gym also ive been doing lately like timma said make sure u lean forward so u can reall isolate it.

            Thanks ! I'd tried doing decline DB press but I find it hard to get the weights on my chest without a spotter . because i go to the gym and very few people are there. I'll try weighted dips.

              Try doing one armed push ups with the unused hand resting on a 5K medicine ball. Works great!
