Well his workout could use some tweaks sure, but its not so bad that hell never get big.

When u say "if he wants to get bodybuilder big" I mean think about it, ok say he used that workout and was shooting to get "bodybuilder" big, its not rlly gonna happen for a very long time is it? So in the mean time, he gets big ect. Dont ever limit a workout because ur afraid of turning into a bodybuilder, chances are it wont happen anytime soon if it does, and if it does ur one luckly sob with great genes.

When ppl say diet frank, we dont mean like "ur on a diet". A diet is more so a standard of what u usually eat in conjunction with ur training. If u want to get bigger uve gotta eat like its ur job, but keep the food as clean as possible (No fast food, ect.)

Anybody have any suggestions or is this good enough ?
I didn't read the repsonses but must find your own personal frequency, volume, intestity according to your own genetics as well as your psychological wants and needs. I do not reccomend workout partners because most often two people will never have the same workout needs (exepect twins maybe). www.exercisecertification.com start here reading some articles.

And second if u want to be big, uve gotta put in the time. The whole working out with mid intensity 2-3 days a week just doesnt cut it.
if working is your life then you need to re-adjust your life goals because it is not healthy nor necessary. I work out every 3-4 days MAX for an average of 20 minutes per workout. and for those 20 minutes my intensity can put most to shame. people think that because the muscle RAGS say that all professional bodybuilders workout 6 times a week than that is what needs to be done. those people grow in SPITE of their workouts not because of them.

I hear you Stone, but you may have very good genetics that allows you to what you do and get great results, and that's wonderful. I know guys who can work biceps for example once every two weeks and really have nice guns. They probably would have decent ones even if they never worked out. Anyway, all I'm saying is that it takes more for some. The trick is figuring out what is enough and what is too much, and that's a bitch. BB

You said that if he dind't work out with that kind of volume then he wouldn't have lost the weight like he has. Sounds likes he's trying to burn the extra colories by lifting longer and more frequently. Instead work harder on his diet so he can keep loosing the weight.

Life goals, adjustments? Err. Working out is a big part of my life, it helps me mentaly as well as physically, I stay in shape, u get respect, teaches u discipline, comitments ect. Id consider that a big part of ur life, working out effects more aspects of ur life than u think, like it or not. Plus that doesnt mean u cant have more goals ect ;) Anyway, u go ahead and go tell Ronnie what u just said. U see thats what I mean, sometimes working out is life, and I highly respect ppl that do that, opposed to some ppl whos goals are much more "everyday".
I always say, if ur gonna do something, do it right or dont bother. I usually workout 5 days a week at about 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours each one. Not very long, but it works, thats all I know.
