    right now my excercise plan is Wed- Bi's tri's Shoulders Then on Thursday Legs. Then on Friday Chest and back.
    I was wondering if i can throw in a gym day on Sunday. So id have saturday mon and tuesday off. I cant go monday or tuesday because i bought a membership to a gym for 200 bucks for 2 year s n thats the deal (mon and tue is supposedly there biggest days). Anyways On that sunday i was wondering if I can work on Chest Back Tri's and Bi's delts and traps. LOL a bit much for one day huh??? I mean id have 2 days of rest then go back to bi's tri's shoulders again then legs next day then day after that chest n back... Is it too much to do all that in one day if i have the proper rest 48 hours prior n post sunday??? If so Ill lessen it down to prolly just chest and back. Those are one of the muscles i want to hit 2 times a week not just once.
