ok to start off i recently lost about 20 pounds during this summer im a fat kit trying to get in shape here is my diet i was a fat ass at 270 but im working hard to cut the gut and need some input
7am nitro tech shake
10am lowfat yogert with fruit
12.. turkey breat on wheat with veggies (maybe left overs)
3 pm local gym protien shake (310 cal, 35 protien, 35 cards)
5 dinner (grilled chicken steak or tuna with brown rice and a veggie) or a salad
730 pm (after gym) protien shake with glutinmein
work out
3 days on one day off while doing baout 15 to 20 min cardio and working diffrent muscles every night
please guys any help would be great im trying to get lean and fit
