Hey sc when I get back to my routine in a couple weeks I'm gonna change it around a bit ....I'm gonna go 3 days on then fourth will abs only...cardio 3 days maybe 45 min to an hour.
Here's what I'm thinkin:
Mon.
Chest, Tri's
Tues.
Back/Bi's
Wed.
Shoulders/Legs
Fri.
Abs/Cardio
Maybe toss some cardio in on mon. and Tues. What do you guys think of this? I'm trying to avoid overstressing myself again at a later time

I reccoment a MINIMUM of 2 days in between workouts. Mon, Thurdsay, Sun, Wed, Sat, etc... Its funny most guys think this is a lot but really it is not. I would also include abs in the already planned workouts, don't do an extra day just for that. keep cardio on the same days as workout as well. make sure your rest days are real rest days.
