Here is my shoulder routine.. Not saying its the best, but it seems to be working well for me..
All performed 4 sets, 12 - 6 reps each, increasing weight w/each set..
Front Raise
Military Press
Side Raise (machine)
Shrugs
Rear Raises
Military Press (machine)
I will mix and match them to get 20 sets total for shoulders.. I need to start doing more work on my traps though, they are not close to as big as the rest of my upper body..
Your on your own for abs.. I do lots of crunches and hanging raises every day.. Keeps me toned; but again, abs seem to be much more about BF % then anything else.
this is what im currently doing right now and its working great. I mix around the workouts every 5-6 weeks. This is what im doing right now:
front military presses: 4 sets of 6-10 rep range
front raises: 4 sets of 6-10 reps range
side laterals: 3 sets of 6-10 rep range
dumbell presses: 3 sets of 6-10 rep range
rear lateral raises: 3 sets of 6-15 rep range
I do traps with back everytime, makes me feel much better.
So far so good with this routine, shoulders are growing freaky looking. Always thought those were my weeak spot but after that routine they grew like crazy. I'll post some pics soon.
i been doing something like this for the past few weeks.
4 sets 10 reps dumbbell side raises
4 sets 8 reps dumbbell overhead presses
3 sets 10 reps upright rows (barbell or cable)
3 sets 10 reps front raises
i change up shoulder workouts really often but this is one of my personal favorites
