what are good excercises for ur lats or sides? to make u get more of that v shape. im starting to get one mainly because thats just the build I have as i lost all that weight. Im very lucky I have a natural build but i have to work on a lot of areas like my sides. Can u tell me a few excercises for them???

I've always heard that wide grip pullups(weighted if needed) are one of the best excersises you can do to make your back wider. I'd say give them a try. If you can't do them well, use the wide grip pull downs until you can do a pull up

also reduceing the side love handles helps too. Reducing the mid section. I got a big back but when my mid section is a bit out of shape from the high calorie diets it dont show much. When i dieted down the back looked better and got the v shape.
I like doing seated rows, pullups, and also pulldowns. Those work great for me.

i also forgot try doing some one-arm rows. Those work great too bro. Try not too go too heavy nor too light. Get a weight that will make u go 6-10 reps but feeling the burn. If u go over 10 its too light and if u go under 6 reps its too heavy. Dont worry if the dumbell is a 25,40,60,80, or even 100, just get the right amount of weight and u'll do fine.
