Keep your thumb towards your body and do single handed pull downs
Forearm curls:
Use a straight bar behind your back with your thumbs on the same side as your fingers and curl it up
Bicep Curls:
I could give you quite a few, tell me what your looking for.

yes good idea just make sure it is pinned in well because if it falls out while you are doing a set you will look like a jackass. LOLOriginally posted by beefcake
Use the pin to hold a weight plate when you put the pin in the bottom of the stack. A lot of cable stacks have a hole built into the 10lb stack to add a plate and pin if needed.

Cybex Eagle makes all the machines but the aerobic stuffOriginally posted by DangerousGround
let me guess a joe weider machine lol
i only use cables pretty much for those 3 exercises i mentioned and i really don't even use it for bicep curls, just occasionally so I'm not in need of 300lbs....but maybe 100 would be nice....I like using it mostly for the forearm curls and the tricep pulldowns with my palms up
what other tricep exercises really target the lateral part of your tricep the hardest?
