I am happy and getting happier with how I look in the mirror front on. However, I feel that from the side I am lacking a good deal, IMO.
I recently changed up my chest routine a little to try and see how it does for me. I'm trying to do more flys instead of having a majority of bench. When I changed this around I also did some drop sets for two chest workouts.
As for back, my gym doesn't have a T-bar machine and making due with the olympic bar on the floor doesn't seem to cut it. I've been focusing mainly on pull downs along with cable rows, bent over rows, and just recently DB rows. I have been doing deadlifts, but not every back day because of back pains that I get on occasion.
What are some things I can try to focus on a bit more to see about adding some thickness in my upper body between my pecs and upper back (shoulder blades). Just looking to get a taper from a side view as one does from a front or back view.
Thank you
