i gotta blame my genetics. Im the type that gains fast and loses fast. So i always gotta be training or else i feel like shit when i see myself in the mirror. But thats what i love about bb'ing, changes the body in a big way, not only makes me feel better but gives me confidence. Thats why its something im never gonna give up.:D Ive learned alot on these boards too. U all are good help:drunk:

I gotta agree with this. Seems that after a workout the muscle stays nice and full for a couple days. By day 5 it seems to be losing it's shape, either that or it's all in my head. My girl says i'm tripping but who knows.

Yeah Juice and beef, it is something you need to get over because most of it is physical. you will lose that FULL feeling from working out but you shouldn't lose weight (or that much if any). that is a sure sign that your body was in a huge deficet.

Weight wise i'm ok, luckily i'm not losing the weight like juice is. Just aesthetically speaking. It's just mostly me looking in the mirror a couple days later and going "hey, were'd that striation go?" or "what the hell happened to that bulging vein in my ass?" :D j/k
