  • How long have you been lifting?

Just wondering how long everyone here has been lifting. How old are you now, and when you started? Stats if you like...

    I started lifting 6 months ago when I was 21yrs old and I was 150 lbs., I'm 22yrs old now and I'm 188lbs. I'm 6'0".

30 years, no shit. I'm 56. 10% BF. 5'11" 210 lbs. Better body than most 30 year olds, again, NO SHIT. Weight training is the closest thing to "The Fountain of Youth" there is. I'm a walking statement to that fact.. BB

6.8% BF?! Isn't that dangerous? I'm at around 19% (I'm bulking), and I can still see my ribs sometimes. I can only imagine 6.8%.

nah not dangerous, when bodybuilders cut down for a competition they are usually 4-6% bodyfat.
