I hate treadmills and things of that sort....much rather be outside running...
I've had a few people tell me doing 10-15 100 yard sprints is sufficient cardio...however, I prefer running 1-2 miles on my cardio day...
Being as cardio is all about keeping an increased heart rate, wouldn't a longer sustained rate be more beneficial? I see a lot of you guys talking about 30-40 minutes on cardio day, which naturally it doesn't take that long to run a mile or two, so maybe I am not doing enough anyway?:dunno:
