Explain if you used the muscles more than usaul in the last 24 hours, what you were doing when you first noticed the pain, any discoloration, and worse have you hade a hernia before.

Well i tryed doing deadlifts for the 1st time for my back yesterday, couldnt get them down, felt like i was going to fall over backwards when i did it...i was doing a lot of lifting at work, more then usual, i work as a lifegaurd and had to carry all the lounge chairs and stack them was about 3 hours of labor. never had a hernia before, no discoloration

damn man, when u work out r u going very heavy or something. I remember when i was 14 years old when i started training i went to heavy and had this nasty pain for weeks. I had to stop for a while until it went away.

Or could be the crunches dude if ur doing them. I really get so sore from them everytime i train. Could be many things .:(
