    ...there is a gorgeous girl standing next to me!!!!!??? LOL Actually its a serious question. I remember one incident where I was about to do DB curls and I look out of the corner of my eye and there is this spandex goddess standing next to me. So instead of doing my normal set with a set of 45's I grab 55's and just fucking pound out like 8 with each arm. I mean this is far and above anything I have ever done with arm curls. I want to tap into that mechanism that makes me lift almost 20% more when a hot girl is standing next to me. Had a girl next to me this morning that had T-I-G-H-T body this morning. like a bodybuilder in the offseason. She was doing Stiff legged dead lifts and when I was doing hack squats I just felt like I could have lifted every plate in the gym.

      my test levels can't get any higher LOL. It has more to do with the CNS and PNS I would guess. I just find it amazing. I guess it is a minor example of the hidden stength of people. Kindof when you hear about a kid lifting a car off a trapped parent. That shit is amazing when the body wants to do something it can.

        blood pressure and adrenaline goes up is my guess. I remember sitting on a bench in front of the dumbell rack one time when a hottie walked in front of me in some short ass shorts, bent over, and put a dumbell back on the bottom shelf. My forehead got all hot and I just wanted to start yelling like Rick Flair

                I think my intensity goes up if the ladies are close by. I have to concentrate even harder not to pay attention to the women close by and I hit the weights that much harder. :)

                  yeah. ummm i kinda gotta steer clear of the ladies at my gym, i work in kind of a yuppy area so theres tons of lonely milfs coming in all the time. husbands outta town on business or what not. but if i start watchin them all the blood goes to my medium head and i cant get enough blood in my big head to get the heavy weight up

                      haha, yeah well, there's defenitly been some private one on one training. you know some good ol aerobics is a good thing, teach the ladies a couple grappling moves maybe. the mount for instance.....

                            HA...you hit it on the head with the pns ...

                            uncontrolable unfortunately...but it is a small part of that fight or flight response type thingy....


                            Have you ever squat with stands vs. a cage. (or heavy w/o a spot for the first time?) some people become animals and put up ungodly weights...others crumble.
