Hey guys...I heard that someone can gain denser muscle and a harder look by flexing quite a bit in combination with training. Has anyone else heard of this technique?

I think the density/hardness of your muscles is dictated mostly by genetics and training. Flexing does help to build that mind to muscle connection though. If you can stand in front of a mirror and flex every given muscle group at will, you can isolate and train that specific muscle better when you lift.
