  • Bouncers Routine

    Yo big man, I don't think i've ever seen a post about your workout routine. Not asking to see it to critique it, but more to get ideas of what we should be doing. Not necessarily in the way of how many reps and sets, but more as in what exercises you are using. I know that's asking for a lot of work so i'd totally understand if you didn't feel comfortable posting it.

    not sure what his routine is but I think these are involved. LOL

            sounds like a good idea. Id like to hear the routines from the big guys that compete, since they compete and know how to built the perfect body and showing it off on stage, sounds cool .Since im gonna try to compete next summer or by next year. The food pics and the types he eats is very motivational. Like ive shown the pics of the girls from here to my sister and she loves it, inspirers her more to pursue her dream. He was amazed at Rea's pic, being 19, thats just awesome.

            I know that some routines may work for some and other it wont, but its nice to see what everyones is doing and how they train, like the principles they use (pyrimad, forced reps, drop sets, gaint sets, super sets, etc.)

              My point exactly. Someone who competes would most definately know the best methods and shedules to use to hit all body parts. I'm trying to focus on lagging body parts and squeeze them into my routine, but seems hard to come up with something good without overtraining.

                actually that is not true because people that compete usually have superior genetics for growth and recovery. So sometimes (sometimes) they aren't the best people to listen to because they grow so easy that what they do doesn't apply to 85% of the population. Just something to think about.

                  i know genetics play a huge role too. What im thinking is that are all people all created equal, the bbers I mean. I mean, some could have great genetics and work hard for it as whre u got the ones who really have to work hard enough to make some big gains. And u got the ones who are just naturally big (blessed ones), and just do thier regualr workouts.

                  I know thier exercises are different from some of us, cause thier more dedicated to the sport. What we are trying to say is how on the mags some Pros give us what they do for compete development for certain bodyparts. We just wanted to know what the big guys here do.:D

                    I gurantee that those magazine routines are made up most of the time by ghost writers.:)

                        Once again tell me why size=exercise knowledge? Not saying these guys don't know anything but that is like saying that if a scientist doesn't wear a white lab coat with glasses then he doesn't really know what he is talking about. Knowledge is abstract ideas waiting for anyone, big or small, to find them and understand them.

                              :agree: I couldn't agree more. I know guys that are a lot bigger than me that don't really know much in terms of training and nutrition. I have one friend that has genetics like no one I have ever seen. In two years, juice free this kid has already won several competitions. I think he went from about 170 to 220 at 5% bf. On top of that he squats about 400 and benches about the same. But with all this he isn't really knowledgable at all.
