    I believe that all he wanted to know what his workouts were like. Some other fellow member wanted to know about Vanders too. On how they workout.


    To say the truth im happy with my routine and would keep it as long as im making gains non stop which i have.

      I would like to see how the big guys work out too. IMO it's just interesting to see how they workout and how much their genetics play a roll. I'd also like to hear your newest routine as well StoneCold. I know you try new things to see how your body will react. Post it up for us :)

                  The most I have read about the Bouncers routine was he liked to do a different body part per day. He had actually posted per week but that was a typo. lol

                    wake up
                    take a dump
                    eat
                    take a dump
                    drive to micky d's
                    order 3 double hamburgers
                    take a dump
                    post on the board
                    eat burgers
                    take a dump
                    have a shake, have a burger
                    take a dump
                    take the dog out to take a dump
                    take a dump
                    post on the board
                    go to the gym to bull shit
                    go to kfc to order honey barbeque wings
                    take a dump
                    take the dog out to take a dump
                    have some kfc
                    take a dump
                    ignore sana when she comes home to post on the board
                    eat dinner
                    take another dump
                    eat some more
                    watch the cowboys lose another football game
                    take a dump
                    go to bed

                              LoL, this is the first time I have seen this, sorry for not responding.

                              I train 5 days a week, 1 bodypart per day. Everything heavy, I never go light. I do everything with good form and incorperate cheat sets when needed. I am in the gym only 45min-60min a day and thats it. Get in, train hard and get out. EAT, EAT, EAT.
