I almost thought I was overtraining because of some very intelligent posts put up by StoneCold54 but everthing is subject to personal experience and results. I think I will just keep listening to my own body and stick with 5 on 2 off.
Actually the off days don't fall in that order so don't flame me. sometimes its 1 on, 1 off, 3 on, one off, 2 on I just take breaks when I feel I need it. average is 5 days on 2 off a week
