  • off season football

ok guess i am 15 5'11 1/2'' 175 and next year i will be looking to a starting tight end and defensive end spot.

my stats (approx) right now are:
    Bench-205
    Squat-335
    Dead lift-365
    clean-165
    40 time-4.9

the offseason will start either in 2 weeks or 4 depending if we get into the playoffs or not. And i want the following results at teh end of june to be: Bench-315, Squat-415, Dead Lift-435, Clean-205, 40 Time-4.72-.75. I also want to weigh around 205-210. Hopefully i will grow another 2-3 inches.

I will be dedicated to a Plan or supplement cycle. Guys i need your advice I can't let my team down. I do winter track and spring track/ possibly lacrosse.

Mylist of supps to possibly use are: N-Large2, russian red Creatine, Protein powder, NoX2 (worked for me in the past). I havent been to the forums latly so idk what the latest products are.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

my best opinio is eat bro. If ur in high school thats cool just take meals to school in a lunch box or something. Im between class periods eat a protein bar or a small high protein meal. Just keep the meals at 6 per day, nothing huge but high protein. That should pretty much bring up ur body weight since ur body has alot of testosterone in it right now. U will grow in no time. Just get at least 8 hours of rest per might.

As for training, i know the schools have thier training rounties; bench presses, cleans, squats and deads. Its gonna be tough getting an awesome scheduale since ur gonna work out in school and get beat up by what they do.

Since i only played my fish year in high school i cant help out much there. I posted a thread a while back about this.

But theres alot of good bros here that can help u out bro with the training.:)
