  • Need more upper chest

I got a good size on my chest but i need to hit the upper part a little more. This is what im doing right now. Im doing 3-4 sets of each: flat, incline machine, pec dec, and dips or cable crossovers.
I was thinking of taking away the falt bench and the machine incline and substituting it with the following. So far the chest measurements are 51" inch chest.

    incline (barbell): 4 sets
    inline (dumbells): 4 sets
pec dec or cable crossovers: 3 sets
    weighted dips: 3-4 sets

I did weighted dips and loved them, never been this sore in a while.

Does the above routine sounds good or should i change something. :D

    why no incline flyes?

im not sure if i would do 8 sets of incline presses in one session. seems like overkill to me. just my opinion though

I feel i've been getting some good results from incorporating low pulley cable crossovers. I think it's been helping to bulk up the collar bone area. Starting to see a V at the base of my neck.

thats what i need bro in that area. It is big but not like i want it to look.

How u do those bro. Do u get the cables from the bottom as to the top ones. Like the regular crossovers, but u mean get them from the bottom and going up right.

incline flyes could work too, might take out the incline dumbell presses and use those.

The reason why i wanted to do both were becuase i got good results from quads doing: squats, front squats, and leg presses. The results were awesome.

I try to work in high and low cable crossovers to change my chest wo0rkout when I can so I don't stagnate.

Yea, put the pulleys in the bottom position and pull the handles up together to eye level. I never thought that they would hit the clavicular major till I did them. Squeeze nice and hard at the top and you can really feel it. Just make sure to keep a slight bend in your arms throughout the movement though.

these have done wonders for me -- coming from somebody has some fat around the lower pec to begin with I badly needed to thicken up around my neck, these did the trick very well -- obviously stil have aways to go but I strongly recommend trying em out bros.
