I haven't really squatted that long. I prolly only did a handful of squat workouts last year. But this year I am starting to hit them hardcore. I will do low reps from now on in the 3-5 range since i'm actually a PL. But for today My goal was 225 for 20 but I was pumped so I did 3 more.
