    hello
    im 19 years old im 6'2 and about 175 180 pounds, im pretty average, i would like some advice on how to get really really cut really fast.
    im not really looking to bulk up or gain that much muscle, well maybe a little i just wanna have a sweet bod. i wanna suprise my girl when she comes back home from college. any tips?

    just go to a tanning bed, that will make what you have look even better

      hmm, that would hurt the wallet, im really looking for like work out plan, something i can do at the gym, im not looking for the easy way out. but i will keep that in mind. like i wanna be satisfied with myself to you know.

        just do a little bit of tanning and a lot of working out. For faster results don't do any cardio, have a very clean diet and get plenty of rest. Depending on where you are in your fitness now, it always takes a while to achieve the results you actually want. There's a lot of time and dedication put forth towards a killer bod.

                  yo dont go tanning man, i think girls find it as a turn off....when i was a lifegaurd i was really tan, in bed and naked, 2 different girls said, you dont go tanning do you? i think they find it to be too feminine, if you do, just do a little bit so its not that noticeble.... if i was u i would do cardio, train hard, eat right, your body will shape up fast if you drop your sugars and simple carbs.

                      exactly, there is no one week solution. You gotta put in the work to get what you want. Maybe lift 3 days a week, heavy weights to failure, two days of cardio, maybe when you wake up on an empty stomach so your burning body fat. If you wanna lean up just for when your girl gets back then go get an herbel dieretic from GNC and your will piss out all your extra water and tighten up....

                          If you're 6'2" and only 180 you basically just need to bulk up. Do as trippersgirl said, clean diet, PLENTY of calories, enough protein, and a good workout. Nothing else you can really do. Unless you're pale white I wouldn't worry about the tanning. At most a session or two a few days before your girl comes back.
