Alright, I need some opinions on an issue I've been struggling with. Here's what my next month looks like-
Tokyo for a week
Hong Kong for a week
Anaheim for a week
Boston for a week
I've been really working hard to gain mass-eating a lot and lifting hard. It's gonna be a pain in the ass to find a way to work out every week during traveling. What would you guys do-just do the pansy workouts you can do on hotel equipment, take a month off ( :( ), or make the huge effort to try to find a gym to workout in at each location?
Any info on what you guys do when you travel or what you recommend would be much appreciated.
