Here is the workout I did last night. Also I was up to 224 pounds last week (started my cycle nov. 1st) but I have been real sick the last 4 days with no appetite and no real eating. Today is the first day I have felt healthy since last sat. Here is the workout:

    11/18/04
    Weight-219
Pre workout energy- 5 (on a scale of 1-5)
during workout energy 4.5 (had a back pump that almost crippled me toward the end of the workout)
    Warm-up
2 sets of squats, Leg extensions

    Workout
Squats 255 1:19 (I don't count reps, I use a finger stop watch and measure Time under tension, it is more accurate that way.)
    Hack Squats 180 1:25
Prone Leg curls 35 Right leg: 1:19
    Left Leg: 1:15
Seated Calf Raises- 155 :31 sec

I usually only do one set per exercise as shown. sometimes more than one depending on how I feel or if I am really trying to shock a certain muscle. All my sets are deliberate, no momentum, bouncing or cheating involved. I move the weight slowly (not extremly slow but a full rep takes me about 9 seconds to complete both positive and the negative portions of it depending on the ROM).

Weight 223 (coming back up from being sick the last two weeks, I was down to 217).
Energy of the workout was great around a 4-5. The only problem was that on my crossovers and Hammer Bench the stretches and pumps were almost to the point of agonizing which is why I did a second set in each of them.

      Workout
      Cable Crossovers- 85 x 2 :51 seconds
      80 x 2 :45 secs
      Hammer strength Bench - 160 1:03
      150 :44
Side Lateral Raises- 20 x 2 1:38 AWESOME set. felt like I could go forever.
Overhead Extensions 65 :43 secs my hand cramped on this set
      Cable Kickbacks 20 R- :40 L- :40
      DB Shrugs 95 x 2 :45

I am cutting my GH back to 3iu's a day for sure. My pumps and hand pain are too much for now. I might work my way back up within a few months but we will see.

          11/25/04 Workout

Weight 220 (drop attributed to decrease in GH water retention and start of LDEX, too much water being held for my liking and pumps were bad)

          Workout:

Wide grip overhand pulldowns 160 1:08 (less time than last workout but I had much better contractions and fuller reps which is definetly an improvement as last workout I didn't have that).
          Reverse Grip Pulldowns- 150 1:05
Low Pulley Close grip rows- 110 1:10 (I need to pull with my elbows much more on this exercise. Form is paramount to getting a good contraction in the middle back for this)
DB Alternating Curls 45 x 2 5 reps each arm- no time recorded as they are alternating
Hyperextensions- 15lbs + Bodyweight- :55 (the water weight must have been decreased as my back pumps weren't that bad).

Overall I am still happy with my progress. I have noticed my weekend workouts around 1200 are the best. If I workout really early or really late (which are normally my only options) then it doesn't feel as good even if I have high energy.

I don't go by weeks. I do workouts every 3 to 5 days depending on how I feel. 3 days is rare. usually 4 or 5. so sometimes it is just one workout a week.

Well it has been awhile since I posted on this. As many of you know i have gone "natural". I dropped all my drugs except GH at 2 ius per day. I will see where it takes me. I am also going to do a cutting contest for the interboard contest starting this month as well. So by the end of this gauntlet I should be ripped. I may not win but that is the goal I am looking for now. Still feeling strong at the gym and holding my weight okay. My diet is going to get better as well. I will put up full body shots tonight as to where I am at now.

Could you post stats as well, just weight and bf. I think you've already posted your gains for some of your lifts. Thanks!

Whoops-I forgot about not posting here! It's been too long since you guys posted!

I don't measure bodyfat as it is not an accurate measurment by any measure. Pictures are how I tell how I look. My weight is 219 as of 3 days ago.

i'm not sure what thread it was in but i saw your pics. good job. you put on like 20lbs right? although i haven't read your theory on tut, what difference in gains do you think you would have seen following a more conventional routine? same cycle just different method of training. although none of us can argue with your progress, you don't feel it was a bit of a waste with ALL the gear and gh you ran to only work out once or maybe twice a week? and does your cardio follow the same frequency as your weight training?

waste? not at all. if you count the time off that I had to take when I trained volume from all the injuries and such that I got I probably train more consistently, more intenstly and more pain free. I did "conventional" training for 6 years before my Prescribed Theory training. and natural or juiced I would never train any other way now.
