195.6 this morning. I'll be interested to see the impact on my workouts of dropping the dbol.

Knees are still bother me so I'll probably go very light this week on legs. I'll also add some msm to my supps (already taking glucosamine / chondroitin).

Sorry for the long delay .... traveling a ton for the holidays.

OK ... so here's an update.

Still in the low 190's. The last couple of weeks, my diet has been way off because I've been on the road. So, I'm attributing the lack of weight gain to that. My strength is way up, and I'm fairly lean. Plan on sticking to the diet 100% until the end of feb.

One set back. My left knee was absolutely killing me, so I had to take squats out of my workout. In fact, my whole body was taking a beating, so I changed my workout completely to give my body a rest.

      Right now:

      Mon: Chest - Flat Dbell, Incline dbell - 4 X10 1 min rest. Decline bbell - 2 X 8 1 min rest; Tris - pushdowns 4 x 10 - 12, 1 min rest

      Wed: Legs (all 1 min rest) - Smith Machie lunges - 4 X 10 - 12, Vertical press 4 X 12, Straight leg deads 4 X 10; shoulders - bbell press 4 X 10

      Fri: Back - Bent rows 4 X 10, Pullups 4 X 10, dbell rows 4 X 10; Bis - preacher 4 X 10

I'll stick with this for another couple weeks. My knee has not hurt since I quit squatting ... hmmmmmm.

Also, I dropped the deca. Wasn't helping my knees at all.

DCC - thanks for the advice. After laying off of squats for 2 weeks, I decided to try ATF squats. I found this information by Olympic coach Dan John. Interesting read.

Anyway, added very light ATF squats to my workout today without any knee pain at all. The real test will be tonight / tomorrow.

FINALLY broke through my low 190's plateau by increasing my calories by about 25% (added another meal). I'm eating a little less clean, but haven't noticed a significant increase in bf%.

Knees are feeling good, but not great. The pain has moved from then patella tendon to more of an internal pain. I think I need to master the ATF form before going heavier.

So how did the ATFs end up working out for ya? People usually have to do a set of parallel and then a set of ATF to understand my sig, LOL.

I missed this post. LOL. Definitely learn the ATF before going nuts. Learn it. Love it.

Did squats tonight. ATFs working out GREAT! No knee pain whatsoever. Such a relief ... after about 6 months of intense pain, I'm pain free.

                  I owe you one, bro!

Thats what I want to hear!
If you wanna pay me back you can tell every "bodybuilder" doing parallel squats what you just learned.

Weighed in at 202 lbs this morning. Training is going well ... strength is continuing to increase. Knees aren't hurting at all. Should be able to hit 205 by end of Feb (maybe even a little more).
