sounds like a perverted version of HIT training. But it doesn't take into account fiber types in the training so I would not use it.Originally posted by rippedsucka
Yeah, from what I understand it focuses on less reps with more weight, each workout lasts only 30-45 min, you don't train more than two body parts per workout, and every 8-10 weeks you take a week off from traning.

I did it for the last month of my last cycle. I liked it kept gaining strength and weights increased but when I got off I temporaily injuered myself cause i forgot i cant do as much off as on. But I will used it again. I cant remeber what board I saw the program on , maybe fitnessgeared or EM
