  • pec workouts?

    whats the best way to train my chest so that when I finally flex my pecs - they begin bouncing.. thinkin this may excite the women.

      haha i think cable cross overs are the best for chest developement

        You're not looking for a specific exercise, you're looking to add mass to your pecs. That's what's going to allow you to achieve that effect. Just stick to your presses and eat a ton of protein. Focus on your inclines since your clavicular pec major is what creates most of the effect.

          i think dumbbells are better for development than barbell is... just personal preference
