my first question is how often a week should i or can i do supersets...I just recently started doing them and i feel it 10 times more then I have on any regular work out in recent memory....Someone in my last thread some people don't recommend doing supersets too often, is that true?
2nd is regarding back and shoulder workouts....
currently my schedule is like this
M - CHEST
T - ARMS
W - LEGS
T - SHOULDERS
F - BACK
but i hit my upper back in both shoulders and back days....so should I stick a rest day in between shoulders and back or should i perform shoulder and back exercises in one workout?
