i was going pretty heavy today(for me) on some deads. i always seem to bruise my shins a bit when i do them, but today i actually made my leg bleed a bit. Even my quad hurts a bit, which i guess would be from holding out at the top of the lift. I dont really mind all that much, but i was wondering if this means im using bad form. I read once that the bar is supposed to be very close to the shin during deads, so I guess thats where i picked it up. Thanks for the help.
