Hey guys quick question, Lately I have been busy as hell between moving, work and so on. I haven't been able to stick to my normal routine. I was working out mon, wed and fri. until the past few weeks. I've been fitting the 3 days in when ever I can. My schedule may be a little screwed up for a while. My question is will this effect my gains the spiratic schedule and all? Thanks guys

I just got finished with exactly one month of traveling for business. I was also very concerned about it affecting my gains. I basically just worked out when I could, slept as much as possible (which wasn't much) and ate as clean and as close to normal as possible. I'm not saying that it was enjoyable or easy, but I made it through without actually changing my weight more than 1lb. So, yeah, I think you can make it without affecting your gains too drastically. Just hit the weights really hard when you do get into the gym and try to watch your diet as much as possible. I did a lot of supersetting and MRP's during my month.

Re: question about routine
You might make better gains giving the body a schedule it won't get used to. But only time will tell and it really is all about making use of the time you have effeciently.Originally posted by meat12

Re: Re: Re: question about routine
it could be yes or no depending on what you do with that time. I only work out twice a week at the most normally and I make gains just fine so I don't see why not but then intensity comes into play. you should AT LEAST be able to maintain what you have.Originally posted by meat12
